Rebrand two separate sheltered workshops into one that appealed to both a business-to-business market for packaging and also a business-to-consumer market for employment of individuals with special needs. Develop a new name that is neither of the current names, tagline and brand colors.
Name development of “Empac” connotes both packaging for the B2B side of the business and “impact” for the B2C side. We established Empac Group as the primary holding company name with two divisions: “Empac Industrial Resources” and “Empac Employment Resources.” The tagline, “Employ. Empower. Excel.” addresses both sides of the business, as well.
